This process is supported by a high-performance CAQ system as well as by other resources.

Our testing system includes

Testing and monitoring of material:

• Test benches for technological properties
• Metallography, hardness measurement according to Vickers and Rockwell

Surface inspection:

• Salt spray test following DIN ISO 9227 NNS
• Bracing test following DIN 50959

Residual dirt analyses / technical cleanliness:

• Equipment for residual dirt analysis

Production monitoring:

• Multi-sensor, multi-coordinate measurement system, profile projectors, spring testing machines, multi-sensor test benches, endurance test benches, torque testing, etc.

CAQ system:

• WEP, SPC, RUF, test equipment and measurement process monitoring
